    When I'm charging my battery (Li-Ion), is it ok to remove the battery even when it's not done fully charging, and then later on finish charging if I don't use the battery within that time?

    Yes that is fine, it is not a problem w/Li-Ion batts as they don't suffer from "memory effect" in this or other forms.
