    Is all XPS m1530 equipped with the 8600 gddr3?

    no. U have an option to choose between GMA X3100, nVidia 8400m GS and nvidia 8600m GT.

    all 8600mGT uses DDR3 on XPS

    the M1530 model only has the option of 8400m GS and 8600m GT

    The X3100 is only offered on the inspiron and M1330 series
