    Hi,

    I have two doubts about RAM memory. The first one is what is the difference between PC3200 and DDR400 memory? Aren't both the same thing?

    The second is: I have KVR400X64C25 kingston memory, wich has a CL2.5 and a KVR400X64C3AK2 also kingston memory wich has a CL3. What the bleep this "CL" stands for? And also, if I install my Windows XP Pro in machine running with the first memory, and afterwards I just switch to second one would the OS have any problem? I'm talking about a NF7-S rev 2.0 with a 2500+ oc to 3200+.

    Thanks a lot for the help.

    PC3200 = DDR400 (200mhzx2x8bit=3200)
    The OS should not have problems with the memory change if the both sticks are OK (well, AMD processors tend to be picky with memory but kingston is a well know brand)
    CL is the abbreviation of Colum Access Strobe (CAS) Latency, which refes to the column access time. The faster the access, the faster the RAM. This is probably oversimplified but that's as much as I need to know.
