Recently my desktop (in sig) has been BSoD a lot while playing WoW, i figured it was either vid driver or RAM problem. So i ran memtest, for the first time, and it froze 42% of the way through with 9 errors. So i hard restarted and ran it all night. When i woke up it was just finishing, 100% with no errors, and it started running again so i stopped it.
Any reason why it would report errors (and freeze) one time then pass?

Are you talking about Vista/Win7 built in memory test , if so have you tried removing the memory sticks and swapping them around , just to make sure they have a good connection, also you can try running a memory test with only 1 stick and then with the other to see if one is faulty if any.
Memtest86+ is the best memory tester , but you will need to burn a cd or floppy.
