Hello, I was hoping someone could help me out who owns or has access to an Asus S510UN-EH76. Can you run the program HWiNFO on this notebook and tell me the manufacturer and model of the 1920x1080 display? You will find this information under the Monitor node after you run the program.
According to the Asus website, this display should have 72% NTSC color space coverage which would make it very attractive for photo editing but I am skeptical that this may be a typo. I would like to know exactly what is in this unit.
Thanks!

That value alone is not enough to determine whether the display is good for colour work - it can have good NTSC coverage and yet horrible sRGB and Adobe RGB coverage (the actually important values). NTSC is an old standard that has no real practical application anymore. Also make sure to check Delta E values and the panel type. If it's TN - don't even consider it. You really need an IPS screen for any sort of work involving colours.

I'm not real concerned about the actual coverages involved so much as making certain I would not getting the same display that is in the rest of the S510U* models. The other S510U* models advertise 45% NTSC coverage which is clearly in a lower league.
Asus says the S510UN has a better display that the rest of the S510U* models. Does the S510UN really have a different display? HWiNFO will tell us and I'm still interested in knowing the answer!
