I've been wanting to put an internal bluetooth card in the laptop in my sig for a while now, and I have just a quick question about compatibility issues. A user on these forums recommended me the Dell 370 Bluetooth mini-PCIe card, but he was not sure if it was completely compatible with my laptop. He told me this was just a generic Broadcom card that was re-branded for dell and should work for most laptops. I was wondering if anyone knew if that was indeed compatible with my laptop, and if not could you please recommend one that would be. Thanks for any help possible.

If you have an open Mini PCI-e slot Windows will recognize it (as broadcom not dell). If you have that option, that would probably be the most hassle free, seeing as how it's not external and would not be an accessory to tote around and lose.

I see no reason it shouldn't work. It's a rebranded Broadcom card, nothing more, and Dell doesn't do BIOS whitelisting for wireless devices anyway.

well it's more fun than just putting a mini-pcie module,
you can get up to 4 new devices that way (flashdisk, usb-gps, more flashdisk for boost, etc) :p :D
