For anyone who has owned this particular memory kit, how is the 8GB divided up? (Like how much is ram, GPU, ect.). Thanks.

I am not sure I understand your question or actually you more likely are by far not aware how it works.
1. Dual Channel Memory "kits" as sold are nothing different than a couple of (2) RAM modules from the absolute same manufacturer and type. You can practically "build" your kit by just separately buying the 2 modules. Even if you do buy different brands - they will work as dual channel as long as supported by the host system. The only 2 advantage of buying a "Kit" are 1. Kits ar usually (but not always! Check that!) cheaper than buying the 2 modules separately and 2. Compatibility is 100% ensured, whereas incompatibility between different brands is actually rarely seen and quite unlikely.
2. How the available RAM is divided and used is only up to your host system and has nothing to do with the RAM itself! RAM is RAM - 8GB of free memory in form of chips. What you do with it is entirely up to you / your system.
The amount of VRAM (GPU) used by your system now will remain the same - it depends entirely and only on your GPU. -
