Frys is selling a $21 OCZ 1gig RAM for only $6 (a $15 rebate). I wont to buy 2 of them (using different address and card).

How reliable is Frys mail-in-rebate??? Do they really work?? How soon should i expect to get my money back?? Anyone here ever received his/her rebate from Frys????
    Thanks.

Frys is usually very reliable on their rebates. I've gotten all of mine in a timely manner. You'll probably need to wait a month or two before receiving your check.

You'll typically get the rebate, but I would be pretty surprised if it took less than two months.

Rebates are almost always subcontracted. Beware of Young America.

    Hi all,

I recently purchased Sony's Acid Music Studio software from Fry's electronics for $60. Apparently, it was claimed to be a free-after-rebate deal.

I was given 2 links to download the rebate forms from, which were divided into $30 each & in one of them, it was stated as an upgraded rebate. Further, it also states that I have to submit purchase receipt of either Cakewalk/Music Creator/Magix Music Maker softwares (which I've never purchased) to get the rebate.

Moreover, both these form have different addresses & I have to send the product's UPC for both of them, which is obviously not possible  .

Has anyone faced such a problem :( ? Any help is highly appreciated.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Vidya Shankar
