Which of these processors is better?
Intel Core 2 Duo "Conroe" E6700
or
Intel Core 2 Duo "Merom" T7600
Which of these graphics cards is better?
Nvidia GeForce 7950GTX
or
nVidia GeForce GO8600
I'm asking because I'm trying to decide between some Asus and Sager notebooks at the moment. My budget is around $3300 CAD, and I want something for gaming and light travel.

The E6700 (2.66GHz, 1066MHz FSB) is most definitely better, but it is also a desktop CPU, as opposed to the T7600 (2.33GHz, 667MHz FSB), which is a mobile CPU.
The 7950GTX is better than the 8600M. Again the 7950GTX is a desktop part, while the 8600M is a mobile part. -
he might be referring to the Clevo D900C, which uses desktop Core 2 Duo/Extreme and has SLI 7950GTX's at the moment (and is ready for high-end DX10 cards when they become available)

Define Better and light travel?
As chuck232 said, the E6700 is faster but since its a destop processor it will produce more heat and have less battery life compared the mobile T7600.
Are you talking about the 8600gt or 8600gs?. Either way the 7950gtx is better but the Go 8600 is a dx10 card that will be more future proof if they make games that are only directx10 which is unlikely. Edit: if you are talking about the Clevo d900c then this paragraph doesnt apply to you -
Well, I wasn't looking at the d900c before but now I'm thinking it's the best choice.
EDIT: By light travel, I mean it will spend most of its time in my room but I will be taking it to Uni one or two days per week. (With access to a power supply).
