This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hey guys I know there are a bunch of posts about the quickdock, but I couldn't find any info on this. I'm trying to find out if the dock has a video extended mode (allows me to plug my hdtv into the component inputs, and use the hdtv as an extra desk top). In other words, I'm wondering if I can select the video mode it uses and set the hdtv to act as a secondary display, not as a primary when I dock my laptop. Please let me know. Also, if you guys reccommend I not get that dock, can you steer me towards some better options? Thank you.
