    Yeah, Alienware. Also, there is this local assembler in my country called Utra notebooks that also incorprates that feature. I don't like that personally because if 1 breaks the other will die along with the 1st.

    i know which notebook utulise dual HD, what i wan't to know is wheter it is hardware or software based. e.g. the Alienware, the Qosmio, etc.

    Really? is all of them (notebook) has a hardware based RAID controller? what's the deal with software based controller? is it still used nowdays? coz i wan't to avoid using RAID on software based RAID controller
