Im trying to get RAM for an old laptop for someone else. She has a Toshiba Satelite A65 S1070.
The specs for the RAM for that system say this:

    Optional available expansion memory modules:
256MB/512/1028MB, SODIMM: Memory compatible with PC2100
    DDR266 and PC2700 DDR333

On their upgrage site, they offer this for that laptop:

    Toshiba 512MB PC2100/PC2700 DDR1-333MHz

So I went to New Egg and there are different types that have the pin number specified.

I dont know what pin type these are that I need. (174 pin, 200 pin, etc).

If anyone can tell me EXACTLY what I should be buying from New Egg Id appreciate it.

200 pin DDR SODIMM. Size and speed are up to you but I would probably go with either 512MB or 1024MB of PC2700/DDR-333

the pin count for ram is always consistent. DDR SODIMM is 200pin. DDR2 SODIMM is 200pin. 144pin would have been EDO/PC133/PC100 and the like. It doesn't change to 200pin PC133 SODIMM or whatnot.
