    Hi

I Have Asus A43SD and i would to Upgrade RAM from manufacturer's 2GB to it's Maximum Capacity, I Already Open its case and see the default RAM has 2 Slot, one slot Installed with RAM EPILDA however I dont know what is the type of RAM (DDR3 1333, DDR3 1600, etc)

I've check also using software GPU Z mention that my RAM is DDR3

Now Please advise should I do
    1. Remove installed RAM Epilda and Install 2 New Common RAM like Kingston or Crosair
    2. Just buy one RAM Epilda and install it in one empty Slot?

    thank you. Mykhel

Your laptop supports DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Ram. You can use RAM with a higher speed but it will only operate up to 1333MHz.

The max capacity for that laptop is 8GB. So your best option is to remove the current dimm and replace it with two 4GB Dimms for a total of 8GB that will work in dual channel mode.
