Is there any way of upgrading my ASUS ROG G60J From the 4 Gigs of RAM it came with to 8 Gigs?

Have you tried simply installing 2x 4GB SoDimms?

    Oh, you need the steps?

You need two of these (use the two if the same and ignore the ones with 'apple' in the descriptions):

    See:

You need to remove both the AC power cord and the battery from your notebook before you continue.

Then you need to remove the RAM compartment or the entire bottom of the notebook to get access to the RAM slots.

    See:

After you put everything back together, put in the battery, attach the power cord and power it up.

NOTE: Make sure all the tools you need are at the table handy and you are not wandering around picking up static charge on your body and clothes and potentially zapping your notebook or it's components.

Seems like a lot, but in reality very simple. Just be slow and methodical and don't force things. They should come apart and fit together pretty easily. If they don't, take a deep breathe, review the instructions once again and try it again.

    Success is guaranteed.

Don't forget to remove the power and battery before you start!

    Good luck.
