    Hey,
I own MSI GE75 10SF which unfortunately after I bought it realized it is a 2070 REFRESH which has 11Gbps ram.

    This is the card: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-rtx-2070-mobile-refresh.c3573

Aaaand I have realized that the actual memory chips are these

Aaand this is actually 14Gbps! Running at 11Gbps speeds for some reason made by nvidia on the RTX 2070 Refresh which msi nor nvidia gives clear information by the way

Like what is up with this! It literally has fast ram running at lower frequency. Rather than 1750 Mhz(GDDR6 so multiplied by 8 effective 14Gbps) it runs at 1375Mhz(effective 11Gbps)

And worse thing is I can not overclock it to 14Gbps guess they lowered the voltage if I knew how I can measure it but well that sucks. This chip by samsung should overclock 15gbps easily but they gimped it on purpose.
