AoE is an old game, so more than likely on xp, graphics on 200m r weak at best, but i believe more than adequate for AoE, heck it can even do World of warcraft as can the slightly lesser intel integrated. I think vista its less to do with ram and more to do with compatibility for that OS, not saying it wont or will work though as i havent tried it, but even if it doesn't it should be a software not a hardware issue.

Gaming really, but i'll let it fly.

My guess would be that it's fine on an x200m. I have heard of C&C generals running maxed on an x200m (and I can well believe) and medium on a GMA950 so I can't imagine AoE running badly on an x200m.
