What is the ram temperature of your notebook. I installed Sisoftware Sandra on my new notebook and even in idle conditions it shows Memory bank temperature over 115 degrees Celsius. The processor temperature is between 50-60. Is this sort of temperature normal for ram. I have 2 gb 667 Mhz ddr2 ram and this is a new notebook.

    Nothing to worry about.

Using I8KFANGUI, on my Dell E1505, the temperature of the memory stays below 120F.
Sis Sandra free edition, is not always accurate, heck it gives different results and readings than the real edition. I only use Sis Sandra for benchmarking, I would use Core Temp or Riva Tuner to measure temps. The temoerature of the memory is not crucial, as the memory will never get as hot as theh processor or graphics card.
