Does upgrading ram void warranties? Specifically on Dells?
Also. as a side question.
If i purchase w/ a credit card, is it true that my warranty doubles?

do pins matter?
For the cc, I plan to use citi (I Don't know what kind thouhg) -
Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
The m1330 won't be able to make full use of PC6400, but there's no reason the PC5300 memory shouldn't work. The pin setup does matter, but all DDR2 SO-DIMMs have the same pin setup.

Just look for for these key words
DR2, Sodimm, 200pin and you will need PC2-5300 667Mhz

Any DDR2 200-pin SODIMM 667 MHz (PC2-5300/5400) should be fine for your laptop......
