Okay, first , i have an envy 14 that came pre-installed with home premium. I used my MSDN subscription to install windows 7 professional on it with the key provided(only one). Now i am getting an ssd and i am wondering, If i replace the HDD with the ssd, will i be able to use my MSDN to install windows again with that same product key. I want a completely fresh install so that the drive is aligned.

Did you activate the COA? You may just need a ring up Microsoft and they can change your product activation code.
