    Hey,
I have Dell TV Tuner called Wave NTSC/ATSC Combo Device (weird name :p ). I know it supports Digitial TV signals, but I can't not get the Tuner to receive any at all, I did some research on google and some suggested that in order to receive digital signal I have a set-top-box to decode the information, is this true? Also, is there a website where I can check the distribution of the digital signals being broadcast? I am sure some TV station ought to broad cast some signals. My friend say he received one digital channel in the area, but I am not very fortunate to even get that one channel. Finally, do I have to have an antenna that is specifically for Digital content?

Otherwise, the Tuner works great for the cable signals.
