Can anyone recommend a good online store that does International Delivery and that is also competitively priced ?
    I'm mainly looking at CPU/SSD's.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe Newegg does Int'l delivery but you'd have to check to be sure. There's also Amazon.com.

I just received (about 10 mins ago) a Samsung PM-830 256GB SSD and an 8GB kit of Kingston HyperX 1600 CL9 RAM that I ordered from Newegg about 7 days ago out here in Afghanistan.

I think that the best option is ebay or amazon.

Things here are pretty good as far as SSD's go. Micron Tech. Inc make the Crucial's and they seem to be a touch cheaper here.
CPU wise, I cant seem to find many places here on even online. It just doesn't seem like there are enough outlets to drive any competition.

Go with ebay, just make sure they're reputable. You may also be able to negotiate better deals.
