    Hey, I apologise if this is the wrong place to be posting this, but there is a kind of link: -
    Currently I have a TV & VCR (get me lol!) and while im at work my mum records stuff for me to tape for me to watch when I get time.
    But i was thinking about getting one of those digi boxes with the built in harddrives so I can just select the programmes I want to video and also theres none of that rewinding business like you have with VCR's! lol!
    But what i'l like to know is can you transfer the stuff from the harddrive on the digi box to my laptop?

    This isn't where it ends though, i've also seen this FreeSat... i have a HD TV and was wondering if its better than the good old digi box?

    If anyone has come across free sat, can you tell me what you think about it?
