    I just removed my battery after draining it (decided not to use it whil I'm home). Is it ok to leave the charge connected to the laptop all the time, or should I remove it after I shut down?

    I've done it by mistake acouple of time did notice that charger was pretty hot.Don't know if this takes away from the life of the charger or damages anything I've had no problems.

    I usually disconnect my AC adapter in case there's an electrical surge.
