Personally, I rarely use the optical drive that came with my laptop. Does anyone know if it's possible to connect another 2.5" hard drive instead? If so, what could I use to cover up the bay opening?
I'm using a Toshiba Satellite C655-S5141.

I found this video: Replace a laptop's CD/DVD optical drive with a Hard Drive - YouTube
Does anyone know how I can find a hard drive enclosure that would fit my laptop? -
Check out NewmodeUS, Hard Drive Caddys for Notebooks They have lots of caddys. There are similar sites out there. I just put my trim from my DVD drive on the caddy to make it look nice.

Thank you much! $45 is a bit steep, but I'm gonna go with what you linked if I can't find anything cheaper. This would be perfect for my 750gb Seagate warrenty replacement once i get it back.

No problem. There are other options out there on ebay and such. But this gives you a start on your search.
