I just got a Dell Inspiron 5576 (AMD version) and, what a shock the screen looks like crap. I knew this going in and already planned on replacing the screen, the question is: does anyone know for sure if this is the same as is used in the 7567? Or more clearly: can I use the same replacement panels as in the 7567?

For reference the panel in the 7567 is the AUO B156HTN03.8 some of the replacement candidates are:

AU Optronics B156HAN01.2 good, not very bright (EDIT: found a review on amazon, it does work in the 5576
    LG LP156WF6-SPB1 brighter
Samsung LTN156HL01-102 hard to find exact match, amazingly good

There is also the question of higher refresh rate panels like the B156HTN05.1 but I don't think the RX460 in my computer could make use of that.
