Hello! I'm trying to replace my laptop screen. I took the screws out of the screen bevel. Now I'm trying to pry the bevel off, but I don't want to pull too hard trying to seperate it and break it. It seems like I have to pull kind of hard. Can I just pull it hard enough to come apart, or do I have to worry about some latches or something breaking?
My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6858.
Thanks for your help!

Usually they snap apart assuming you took out ALL the fasteners.
But honestly, look should for an online service manual or take this question to the Toshiba forum. -
I don't know exactly how they correspond to Dells, but, when a Dell tech replaced my screen, he had a pry tool to which he had to apply considerate pressure to remove the bevel. But then he lifted it very carefully so as to disconnect any cables.

Holy smokes I just snapped apart one corner now I'm afraid to do the rest LOL! Doesn't look like i broke anything though.

Yeah, it's probably pretty forceful. Steel your nerves.
