Hello,
I recently broke the screen on my Samsung NP 350. I took out the broken screen and found its serial number (LTN125AT03-803) but no online vendors are stocking this screen.
My question: can I replace the screen with any 12.5" screen, or does it have to be one with the same serial number?

One of the most complicated things to upgrade with a laptop and it should be one of the simplest.
That's especially true since screens are the greatest draw of power in a laptop; and in the light of all the present and near future innovations in screen technology. Its far time consumers started demanding better, and manufactures respond to that market.
P.s. I'm sorry if my rant did nothing to answer your question, but you struck a nerve. -

Is the connector on the back of the panel on the left or right side?
EDIT: If you wanted to do a little bit of work, you could most likely fit the X220's IPS panel in there. It's possible on the 6220...
