How can I run chkdsk (the one in XP that doesn't delete your files, it only repairs bad sectors on the HDD and allows you to get all your files back) on a external drive that is in a dock? So far if I try to open it in Windows Explorer (XP) it says:

    I:/ is not accessible.

    "The parameter is incorrect".

So how do I bypass this?
