    Hi guys.....
I have bought several week ago.. a NEW TOSHIBA X208 (I live in Italy..so it's an european model) and I have tought to add in another moment a second hard disk to my X208 in the second box empty because the configuration for my country at the time was with only one hard drive...
    But TODAY THE PROBLEM!!!
I have opened the case where it should be mounted my second hard disc but there isn't the SATA CONNECTOR BUT ONLY THE SPACE FOR A "MIGHTY" ADAPTER..
In this first image you could see the space where should be the connector unfortunately without connector....

In the second image there is another X200 with its second hard drive and connector...
and this last one image is the MIGHTY connector
    [IMG]

SO I WOULD KNOW IF THERE IS ONE POSSIBILITY TO FIND THIS CONNECTOR OR ADD A SECOND SATA INTERNAL HARD DISC TO MY X208?????

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    Thanks

You're going to need to purchase an adapter from either Toshiba or eBay.

.. I have found the adapter on ebay... but I'm looking for solution to add this adapter to my motherboard without invalidating my guarantee....
There are two holes on the left and right of the adapter that fit on the one on the motherboard that you could see in the first image..but I know that the screws could only be mounted from the otherside of the motherboard but so I should open the case and that't is the fastest way to invalidate my guarantee...
Could you suggest me some tricks? thanks!!

As soon as you put in the second hard disk you will invalidate your warranty so I'm not sure what your worried about.

Installing a HDD does not void any warranties.

Hi AYAMY! I was wondering if you were able to install the second drive? I've got the Japanese version (WXW) and planning to install another drive as well.
