I am looking to buy a Dell Vostro notebook, and have the following choices for hard drives:

120GB 7200RPM SE080 Hard Drive [Included in Price]
    160G 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive [add $18 or $1/month1]
    250GB 5400RPM SA160 Hard Drive [add $188 or $6/month1

What are these SE080 and SA160 drives, and why is that information replacing SATA in the description? This isn't a different standard, is it?
Would I still be able to pop a SATA drive in here, or does the choice of bigger RPM (strangely only available with SE080 thanks to Dell's weird customization system) also give me a hard drive that's a pain to replace?

    Thanks in advance :)

Hard drives are easy to replace whether it's 7200 or 5400RPM.
