    hi peeps,

    i'm looking into doing a 64GB SSD upgrade, mainly hoping for a speed boost.

    Does it make sense to do so, given that the original disk is already, technically SSD?

    If the SSD upgrade has a larger capacity and is faster than the previous SSD, then yes it makes perfect sense. Also, depends on cost.

    Careful, some ASUS netbooks are a special sized mSATA SSDs, 50mm sometimes. Best to find the exact ASUS EeePC model.
