Does anybody have good experience with this company? Their price is excellent, and it covers practically everything. I need to insure a G50vt-X5, and it's nearly half the price of Geek Squad protection, while covering more.

    Does anybody know the catch?

Buy with an American Express card and your warranty is doubled through them. I don't know if the various M/C and Visa cards have similar protection programs.
