I am very sad... my Sager 9750-V has a graphics problem. I have had Sager eplace the Nvidia Quadro FX Go 1400 when it was still in warrenty, but i think it is causeing the current issues. From when I turn it on the screen has a LOT of graphic artifacts. Here are a couple of pics.

Your laptop is based around the Clevo D900K chassis
Your laptop supports the:
ATi Radeon X800
nVidia Geforce 6800
nVidia Geforce 6800 Ultra
nVidia Geforce 7800 GTX
nVidia Geforce 7900 GTX
nVidia Geforce 7950 GTX
nVidia Quadro FX1400M
nVidia Quadro FX2500M
Your system does not use MXM graphics cards, it uses CLEVO Proprietary cards, which look like this:
I have a FX2500M in my D900K, and it failed within 3 weeks of owning the system. The replacement card has lasted, but I havent used it much at all.
You may want to try two things first,
1) reseat the graphics card. Make sure all 4 screws holding it down are tight, and the two connectors are firmly connected
2) remove the keyboard, and metal panel below. Once removed, remove the black plastic bezel which has the power buttons and such on it.
Underneath, on the left side, you will see a large connector with a good 20-30 multicolored wires in it. That is the connector for the LCD. Make sure each pin is connected. Use a blunt end of a pen cap, and push each wire in.
I mention this, because at one point I was getting artifacts from my replacement FX2500M. The problem ended up being two loose wires in that complex. I reseated them, and the pixelation went away. My pixelation wasnt as bad as yours, but its worth a try.
I know Z-TRONICS has replacement cards, but I believe they only have up to the 7800GTX
You can try ebay for replacement cards, but you just need to make sure its the right card.
I know a member who has an extra card, its not a quadro, but its another card. Send me a PM, and I can give you his contact information

looks like the videocard is damaged... most likely from overheating.
if you have tested it on an external monitor and it looks the same, then yup.... overheating damage.
you are supposed to clean on the vents (most important) and fans of the system regularly (once a month) to prevent dust from clogging up and blocking airflow.
you will have to buy another videocard module.
www.ztronics.com is a good play to start.
