so I have 4 1.1/2.0 USB ports, and most of the time I have my ipod hooked up. Whenever the computer goes into stand by and comes back, I get a message saying that im using a high speed usb device, and need to hook it up to a high speed usb port. Ive tried this in all my ports.
Not quite sure whats goin on....maybe I need a driver upgrade? or do I need to configure my usb differently?

thats a common XP problem with standby/hibernation.

Vista has shown this as well in the Beta versions that I have tried out, but not as freqeunt.

I think its best just shutdown the notebook, rather than letting it go to standby or hibernation.

Or, you can disconnect you PnP devices before it going in Standby/Hibernation
