So I was going to get an Asus G7sx until I saw the Sager N8170 with a much GPU for about the same price ultimately, and it's looking like a sell. But what I want to clarify immediately before taking any steps is what the Sager cooling systems are like, especially compared to the Asus G series who's apparently is fantastic.
Is it prone to overheating and all that, especially after many hours of gameplay?

Karamazovmm Overthinking? Always!
nah, they are as good as they come, specially if you look at the fact that it supports a 100w tdp gpu in a 15'' body (and yes its quite cool)

Sager is in the business of gaming laptops, so their cooling systems are designed around that. This is completely unlike the mainstream manufacturers like HP or Dell. All the Sager cooling setups I've seen feature multiple fans and pure copper heatpipes with large heatsinks. If there's a laptop manufacturer that adequately addresses the problem of high-power components in a laptop form factor, its Sager.
