Hi guys,
I just received my brand new Sager NP7256 last week and decided to install an M.2 SSD drive (didn't ask for XoticPC to do it because it was cheaper locally). I went for the Crucial MX300 275 GB. It fits fine but unfortunately, the screw used to secure it is not standard and I don't have the proper tools to unscrew it.
Can anyone tell me what type of screw it is please? (see the pictures attached to my post or this imgur link: http://imgur.com/a/oD2Xe).
Thanks for your help!

That looks like a standard philips head screw, but stripped from using too large a size of driver.

Yup, definitely a stripped philips head. Try a small flat head screwdriver, it should be able to take it out, then replace it with a new one. It's probably a standard M2 thickness but the length will be confirmed by measuring the original (most are around 3mm in length). Any local laptop repair shop should have plenty of these in stock and if they are nice enough they'll hopefully just give you one for free

This trick may help with getting the screw out.
