    Hey all,

I dunno if this is the correct place for this question but I figured I'd try. Last month I posted a request for a suggestion on what gaming laptop I should get and the results were overwhelmingly in favor of the Sager NP9260.

I bought it and have been using it for about a month now and overall I like it a lot. I have been having though a few fairly infrequent but disconcerting system crashes. It came with XP and I eventually upgraded it to Vista hoping that the issue might be corrected there.

The system tends to fail whenever I'm playing a game (but not always) and when Windows comes back up it gives me a specific statement suggesting I upgrade my BIOS. In all my years with computers that's the first time I've ever seen that before. I called Sager and they told me there isn't a BIOS update available. Here's the specific error I get:

The part that bothered me was the "newer processor on an older system board/BIOS." I paid way too much for this thing to be crapping out like this on me. Does anyone have any experience with something like this or should I contact them about getting it replaced? :(
