Core Solo is a lot faster then then both kind of Pentium M. About 20-30% for CPU benchmarks. This can be noticed.

The Dothan is faster then the Banias but not by much and I dont think you will feel the differance.

    1. Dothan would beat Banias. Remember there are two versions of Dothan, 400MHz and 533MHz fsb, but both are 90nm to Banias' 130nm.

    2. Core Solo should beat Dothan. Core Solo is a Core Duo with one core de-activated. It's 65nm and has the same 533MHz fsb and 2MB L2 cache of the faster Dothans. Probably not much in it and Dothans are a lot more common than Core Solos, but Core Solo would win clock for clock.
