    I just picked up a Samsung 128GB mSATA drive for $170 with free shipping.

    Search for part number: MZMPA128HMFU

    Most of the ones I saw have the newer F/W too. (AXM18D1Q)

    Are these the same as I want the MZ-MPC256HBGJ (aka 830) or are they the equivalent of the 470? Benchmarks?

    These are PM810 SATA II drives, so I do not think so. My M6600 mSATA slot is SATA II so it works for me.
