    Running under SATA II what would be the difference between these two drives in real world performance?

    If there is a noticeable improvement I might be interested in upgrading.

    What gives?

    I don't expect any improvements at all, but on the other hand I don't even own these drives so it disqualifies my assumption :confused:

    I would think there would be some improvement (in rare cases, under heavy use) since 4K speeds are higher on the 840 Pro...

    I was thinking more along the lines of power consumption and boot up/load times as well as response time?
