    Samsung 470 SSDs and Magician Software

    Besides the MSI I have in my sig....I also have an Alienware m17x R2 with Dual Samsung 470 256GB SSDs in RAID 0....I installed Samsung Magician in my Alienware....but it wont recognize the SSDs. I know Magician works for the 470 and 830 only...but why wont it recognize these? Is it because they are in RAID?? Thanks for anyone who can shed some light...

    Yes, it won't be recognized if they are in RAID, because the two drives "appear" as a different drive.

    Ahhh okay....thanks for the heads up....do you happen to know any other SSD utility that WILL work with the RAIDed drives??
