The samsung magician says that I have insufficient free space for over provisioning. There is also a note with a warning sign that says "note: using a raw partition may cause damage to your data.
I cloned the drive and the partitions were not aligned correctly so I used the recovery disc to set it to factory specs. Other than the above mentioned problems everything seems fine. Can I use the disk manager or 3rd party software to shrink the partition to fix this or will I just make things worse? Thanks in advance.

Partition magic comes to mind, otherwise I'm sure i seen something for this sort of thing in hiren's boot cd.

Recovery discs will not align the partitions. It simply resets Windows back to factory image. Shrinking the partition doesn't fix this either to my understanding.
How to Migrate to a Solid-State Drive Without Reinstalling Windows -
Sorry I forgot to mention I used mini tool partition wizard. That fixed the alignment but than sent me to the recovery screen so I used the repair disc and reset the computer. Well chkdsk says it's fine and it runs perfect with the exception of the op on samsung magician. I wonder why it warns me about raw partition when windows and the magician says ntfs for the primary partition?
