My hard drive of the above mentioned brand has a problem with it! It can be detected in My Computer, Disk management, Device manager and USB connections. the problem is that i cannot open the hard drive, its not that is not used, it has all my necesary data and whenever i try to open it, i ger a error message saying that the disk cannot be read! Meanwhile on the properties of the hard drive the values for total disk space, used disk space and free disk space is "0", zero. Please help me in obtaining my important data!
    Thanks a million

Sounds like Spinrite should be used to try and repair the disk. It sounds damaged.
