I got 2 DPC_Watchdog_Violations BSOD's on my Dell XPS 12 recently. I did a bit of research and read that this may be due to the SSD ( if this is not a SSD issue or if anyone knows more about this please let me know!). I've been trying to find a firmware upgrade for my SSD but haven't had any luck. Device manager doesn't show the model number, so I can't confirm on Samsung's website. I tried Samsung Magician but it said it can't find my SSD.
If anyone has any ideas, would be very appreciated.

Sisoftware Sandra might tell you what SSD?

The PM830 is a Dell incarnation of the Samsung 830 which is why Magician can't see it and you won't be able to update the firmware via Samsung Firmware.
