    I have a Samsung 2GB DDR2-667 ram chip here.
    2GB 2Rx8 pc2-5300s-555-12-e3
    made in korea m470t5663cz3 - ce6 0745

It's giving me blue screens and memory dump screens when ever i use it(Windows 7 RC,XPP,Vista).

Most ram chips these days have lifetime warranty but i cant find anything saying Samsung is lifetime...
