Hi, wasnt sure where else to post this,

I bought my Samsung laptop in Feburary and recently ive experienced problems with my screen and the sensitivity of my trackpad. I phoned Samsung customer care today but I couldn't really understand the woman. She said something about a courier coming to collect the laptop for repair on Tuesday, but ive since received a text saying a parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. She also said something about the battery and charger, and packaging, but again im not sure exactly what she said. The only thing I did understand was putting my password on a piece of paper inside the laptop lol

Can anyone shed any light of the correct procedure? Dont want someone turning up and me being completely unprepared.

Well when it comes to repairs under warranty, the company usually sends a box/parcel to your home for you to put the whole unit in. Sometimes, they require you to make sure that you include all necessary parts within the box including the charger and battery, however in this case I am not sure, so I would recommend that you try and call samsung back just to make sure. Also, before you send it I would recommend trying to back up your important files onto another hard drive/computer just any case your hard drive gets damage on your shipping. Anyways hope that you get your laptop fixed real soon and hope that I somewhat helped you with your problem =)
