    Hi all,

I am considering buying a samsung series 3 laptop (it has the best processor for my price range), specifically the np370re5E.

I am going to want to replace the battery at some point (Im anticipating that the battery life will drop after 2 years). The problem is that I cannot find a replacement battery anywhere (including the samsung site) on the internet.

Is this one of those occasions when you have to send it to the manufacturer to be replaced? If so has anyone had any experience of this and could give me ball park figure for this?

    Thanks you very much

Have you tried contacting Samsung support to see if they could source you a battery?

    Do you mean this battery?

Take the base off your computer so you can check the part number, then search for that number. Supplies of the battery are likely to be limited until there is demand for them.
