    That's not amazing.
    That's very old news presented as something new.

    People are simply accustomed to using outdated pieces of technology in consumer base seeing smaller refinements all the time but never pushing the envelope, and then this comes along.

    Think of it as a die-shrink of pre-existing SSD's.
    Nothing revolutionary really.

    They already probably have a newer technology for storage capabilities stocked up and ready for release (in about 2 to 4 years time of course because why put something even better when you haven't milked the consumers for every penny using the old?)

    I'd call that defeatism.. this is something very knew... but i doubt its cheap because of the size but imagine the storage capability if u can solder a 100 of these on a motherboard :D

    I wonder if they took one of their SD cards and optimized it. :laugh: The 100 year data retention claim sounds just like their WORM card.

    Defeatist or not, I do agree with that statement, and I think it holds true for most technologies.
