    Just what is this extremely cheap SSD? It's significantly cheaper than an 850 EVO or BX100, but there doesn't seem to be much information about (let alone reviews on) it.

    i got mine a month and a half ago. my review is - faster and snappier than any hdd. boot up times and opening apps and games is way faster. no spinning hdd noise. slightly better battery life. multi tasking heavy workloads perform way better, but it still isnt perfect. same with installing huge programs. it's a good ssd to get your first taste of the ssd life.

    worst part of this sdd- you get addicted to the improvements over a normal hdd and crave more. so my next set up will probably be 2 pcie 3.0 ssds in raid 0!!! mwahahaha
