I hope I'm posting in the right forum here ^^;;
How exactly is Santa Rosa upping the FSB? Faster memory? Does that mean it's going to be more expezzy (expensive)? Or are they changing something else?
(Going slightly off-topic, I hear that teh Asus R1F on Santa Rosa will be out around August. Can't wait for that)

No, the DDR2 speeds will not increase.
Only the FSB will be increased. Boosts in performance will only be seen in processor-dependent tasks, for the most part. -
But won't the ram be 800mhz (can't remember the actual number
), instead of 667mhz?

It can use 800Mhz ram yes. But it will use 667mhz ram for a while due to costs. Some laptops still use 533mhz ram now.

I would imagine DDR2-800 will become popular very quickly. It's not like there's a technical hurdle for memory manufacturers.
